Semi-Pro's Package - Top Third - The Rivers!

              

If your strength and confidence is founded in fishing those portions of lakes which feature shallower and narrower areas such as the feeding rivers, this semi-pro's package is made for you. This package includes 133 published video clips for $597. You only pay for the published clips. We throw in an additional 162 unpublished clips for FREE! The SD card will overlay the published clips only.

Here's something you should know. The only reason certain clips were not published is because they didn't have the dramatic visual impact on a photograph. If the water had been six inches lower they would have made the cut! These features are in DEEPER water than those in the published clips! You can only get these clips when you buy area packages such as this. You'll want to fish these waypoints!

The upper third of Lake Lanier is generally less traveled by the larger cruise ships, sail boats and other recreational vessels. The farther up both rivers you go the less you'll be bothered by nuisance traffic than the lower thirds. This area is also more affected by weather conditions (fronts) than the lower areas. That can be good or bad depending on your timing. This area of Lake Lanier is not as crystal clear as the lower third. Lanier is known as a spotted bass fishery, but if your targeting largemouth this upper third can be a good bet. Good luck!

Semi-Pro's Package - Middle Third - Mid-Lake!

              

You'll own the biggest part of the lake and a great value from Flowery Branch on the east side and Six Mile Creek on the west all the way up through the Chestatee Bay. You'll find a lot of great fishing here. This third will include most of the mega-marinas and the legendary Flat Creek! This package contains 159 published video clips for $597. You only pay for the published clips. We throw in an additional 153 unpublished clips for FREE! (The SD card will overlay the published clips only.)

If the water had been a mere six inches lower they would have made the cut and looked fantastic! By extension these features are found in DEEPER water than those in the published clips! This area of the lake is where the rivers meet the big water in the Chestatee Bay. Travel south from there under Brown's Bridge and the lake begins to widen out. Wear your life vest and be on the lookout for high wakes. Obey the rules of the water and practice courtesy (and grace). The water is usually pretty clear so a finesse technique can pay huge dividends. Then there are the local tactics of burning a spook and skittering a fluke when the summer gets hot. The lower third of Lake Lanier is, unlike the upper regions, more of a deep, clear, mountain lake. With this package you'll own the entire Main Lake South as well as large areas such as Bald Ridge Creek and Shoal Creek among others. The lower third of Lake Lanier is, quite famously, well traveled by recreational vessels as well as sportsmen. The increased traffic often chases fishermen to the upper areas of the lake. But not so the fish! This is where you'll find great numbers of mega-spotted bass chasing schools of shad and herring! Due to the vast expanse and depth of this section of the lake, it is not as dramatically affected by weather fronts. You'll find consistently good fishing here. In fact, if your timing is such that you'll be on the lake just after a front, this is where you'll want to be. Again, keep an eye on the birds and study their behavior. Good luck and tight lines!
